BC Rural tourism conference - program information
February 2, 2010

This email is to make sure you are aware that Thompson Rivers University's School of Tourism at and partners are hosting the very first conference on Rural Tourism in BC.  As many of you know, this is directly related to our work in rural communities through the RED TREE Project.  Please help us get the word out about this conference.

The conference is scheduled for April 6-8th in the sunny Shuswap at Quaaout Lodge.  Our website http://redtree.tru.ca/conferences has conference information and registration.  More details about the conference schedule will be posted as soon as we can confirm them.

We hope that you will be able to join us at the conference.  We expect tourism operators, entrepreneurs, community leaders, provincial, regional and municpal representatives, educational leaders and industry professionals to attend the conference.  We look forward to seeing you there!  Please contact RED.TREE.Project@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
2010 Rural Tourism Conference Planning Committee
